We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Standard orders typically arrive within 5 working days for deliveries within the UAE for ready wear and within 7-14 working days for international deliveries.

For customized orders, please allow a processing time of 10-15 working days for customization _ and additional delivery time based on standard or international delivery.

Any delays in shipment will be promptly communicated to you via WhatsApp and email.

International shipping is available at the best rate for each destination and logistic partner.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for 14 days as per the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism Consumer Protection Policy.

EXCHANGES

Products purchased from our platform may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide further instructions.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please ensure that the products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for customized or personalized items, as these are specially made to order.

REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase of receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
